Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 lb sausage(hot)
1 green pepper chopped
1 Vidalia onion chopped
3 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
2 eggs
15 saltine crackers broken up
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
2 cups ketchup
1 12 oz. jar or can brown gravy
6 English muffins

 

Instructions

Mix beef, sausage, green pepper, onion, mustard, eggs, crackers, garlic powder, basil and catsup in large bowl. Form into six equal patties. Grill on each side for 5-8 minutes over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. While still on the grill top with brown gravy and toast the english muffins.
