Bleu Burger

Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 small diced onion
1 egg
1 container crumbled bleu cheese
2 tbsp creole seasoning
1 c Wing Sauce
6 lettuce leaves
6 slices tomato
6 potato rolls
butter for rolls

Instructions

In large bowl, mix by hand, ground beef, onion, egg, 2/3 of the container of bleu cheese, creole seasoning, and wing sauce. Mix well. Make 6 patties. Grill on a low heat for 15-20 mins on each side. Place buttered rolls on grill until toasted. Place cooked patties onto toasted rolls. Garnish patties with bleu cheese, lettuce and tomato slices.
