Cheese stuffed hamburger

Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
4 tsp. steak seasoning
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. Sutter Home Merlot
4 oz. cream cheese softened
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix together seasoning,wine, Worcestershire sauce and beef and form patties. Mash together cream cheese and blue cheese in a seperate bowl. In the center of each beef patty fold a plop of cheese mixture for the surprise center. Form patty around it. Salt and pepper to taste and grill on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes to desided doneness.
