Minnetonka Burger

Ingredients

1 lb of lean ground beef
1/4 lb ground italian sausage
1 packet instant onion soup mix
2 tbs of worcestershire
1 tbs sutter home merlot
3 tbs chopped onion
Additional ingredients:
1 loaf of thick cut sour dough bread
1 head romaine lettuce
1 beef tomato sliced
6 slices of co-jack cheese
1 vadila onion
4 slices of panchetta chopped

Instructions

Mix the first set of ingredients together and form into lose hamburger patties. Grill to your preference, medium-well is recommended. Add cheese toward the end of grilling. Lightly toast the sour dough bread on the grill. Satay the vadila onion and chopped panchetta in a pan until well done. Presentation: Serve burger on toasted sour dough bread, with romaine leafed lettuce, tomato and other condiments as desired!
