The “O” so good Burger

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb 80-90% ground beef or ground sirlion
2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 small green pepper finely chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp celery seed
pinch salt and pepper
4.5 oz yellow peaches in syrup

Instructions

Preheat grill to med high heat.
Mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce. Add chopped onion, green pepper, garlic, dill weed, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Add can of yellow peaches drained. Mix with hands until peaches disappears into hamburger mix. Divide into 6 patties. Place on hot grill, cover, 5 to 6 minutes each side or until desired wellness. Serve on hamburger bun with sliced tomato and american cheese.
