Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
2 lb. extremely lean ground beef, organic is best
1 T Worcestershire Sauce, or to taste
garlic salt, to taste
Instructions
Work the Worcestershire Sauce into the lean ground beef. Form into 6-8 patties. Sprinkle garlic salt on each side of the patty, to taste. Place on the grill and cook until done.
