BLUE CHEESE BURGERS
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
2-lbs ground chuck
1 red onion chopped finely
1 tablespoon spike
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2- 8 oz. packages blue cheese crumbled
2 large eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon natures seasoning
Instructions
mix ground chuck and red onions together, then add eggs, add salt and pepper natures seasoning, spike and then blend in the blue chesse. make 6to 8 patties grill and eat !!!
