Turkey Goat Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

1.5 pounds organic ground turkey
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 tbs soy sauce
options
2 tbs finely chopped scallion
8 oz good quality organic chevre…herbed if you like that or plain if you like
basic pepper to taste

Instructions

mix well except cheese and then gently fold in 8 oz the chopped goat cheese form into patties…gently grill on low heat or pan fry serve bare or with whole wheat buns make thinly sliced ondions, ripe organic tomato and brown mustard available for condiments
