Ingredients
2 lbs of ground sirloin.
1 medium onion… diced
1 small can of diced mushrooms
1 package of shredded cheese-your choice of cheese.
1/2 tsp. of garlic
1/4 cup of steak sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/4 cup of catsup
1/4 cup of mustard
Instructions
IN LARGE BOWL MIX GROUND SILOIN, AND ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. MAKE INTO HAMBURGER PATTIES, AND STORE IN TO 1 CONTAINER. KEEP COOL UNTILL READY TO COOK. ADD LETTUCE AND TOMATO FOR GARNISH. PLACE HAMBURGER ON TOASTED CHICAGO ROLL, OR TOASTED BREAD OF YOUR CHOICE.
