Ingredients

1# lean ground beef
1 egg
4 saltine crackers
3 tbspns. bbq sauce (Famous Dave-Zesty)
2 tbspns dark brown sugar
1 medium onion diced
1 tspn mustard

grill

top with lettuce, tomato, pickle chips, and potato ruffle chips

Instructions

fry the onion in butter for 15 minutes

add to ground beef and other ingredients

top with condiments
