Bodacious Burgers

Ingredients

1 – medium onion (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1/4 cup Half & Half
3 slices of bread crumbs (crumbled)
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2-1/4 pounds of Ground round/chuck
Beef Seasoning 

Instructions

Put first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix with a electric mixer until well blended. Add 1/2 of meat and 1/2 cheese, blend with hands. Add the other half of meat and cheese and blend well. Form patties and sprinkle each side with Beef Seasoning. Grill to desired doneness. Garnish with your favorite condiments such as bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, grey poupon, mayonaise, ketsup.
