Ingredients

1.5 lbs of Grade A hamburger beef
0.5 Sweet Sausage
1 Small onion
2 garlic gloves
3/4 cup chopped chipotle pepper
1/2 cup Fresh squezzed Orange Juice
1/2 Sutter Home Cabernet
1 cup of chopped Monterey Jack Chesse
1 Teaspon of Sea Salt
2 Teaspon of Crushed Red pepper
Poppy Seed bun
1/2 head Lettuce
3 plum tomatoes
1/2 cup Cilantro
2 sliced advacodos
1 teaspon XV olive oil
Non stick spray oil

 

Instructions

Mix Beef with sausage, onions, garlic, Salt, pepper, chipotle, red pepper, OJ , Sutter Home, and Monterey Jack Chesse. Place on Hot grill cook to m – mw hot in center turn once. Meanwhile mix chopped Lettuce,chopped cilantro,diced tomatoes,avocados,season with salt and pepper, X-Virgin Olive oil. Toast Buns, spread with mayo/mustard, place salad mixture on buns top with two slices of montery Jack cheese to cover bun and mixiture on sides melt in broiler, place burger on bun on top of salad mixture.
