This healthy appetizer recipe swaps refried beans for hummus and subs Greek yogurt for sour cream—all in under 15 minutes! With a finishing touch of chunky feta and a tasty profile that’s practically begging for a pita chip, you and your guests will be dining like Greek gods and goddesses in no time.

Yields 4 cups
Ingredients:
•1 cup non fat Greek Yogurt
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•3 tablespoons minced garlic (or garlic powder)
•1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
•8 ounces store-bought traditional or garlic hummus
•½ red onion, diced
•1 large tomato, diced
•1 medium cucumber, diced
• cup Kalamata olives, sliced
• cup crumbled feta cheese
•optional: ¼ cup sliced green onions
•homemade or store-bought pita chips for serving
Directions:
•Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Italian seasoning using a whisk to combine ingredients.
•Assemble dip starting with an even layer of the yogurt mixture in a 8X8 glass serving dish.
•Next add a layer of hummus.
•Top with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and feta cheese.
•Sprinkle green onions and olives on top if desired.
•Cover and let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
