5 Non-Beef Burgers for Memorial Day Grilling
As 25 years of the Sutter Home Build a Better Burger Recipe Contest will attest, we love a great big juicy beef burger. But we’re also fans of burger recipes inspired by a different approach to patty-making.
Heading into Memorial Day Weekend – prime holiday grilling time – why not break from the herd and serve one of these tasty non-beef burgers instead. Representing pork, fowl, and fish, all five were inspired by past Build a Better Burger finalist recipes, and all can be prepared in 25 minutes or less.
