Our White Zinfandel is crafted from Zinfandel grapes selected from premier vineyards in California’s upper Sacramento and northern San Joaquin valleys? While seemingly far away from Red Zinfandel’s dark and spicy profile, White Zinfandel gets its blush color and hint of sweetness from the immediate pressing of the grapes, followed by a 10-day, cold-fermenting process.
