Who doesn’t like KC BBQ-inspired burgers?

Kathleen Stubler is up with her Region 4 and so far, she seems to be winning the prize for a burger that runs down your face and arms! The judges don’t mind the use of extra napkins if it means that they get to enjoy Kathleen’s burger!

The slaw is receiving rave reviews and she uses honey-glazed ham instead of smoked ham so she could better control the smoky flavors. Good tip!
