Ingredients
- Pound of ground beef
- Pound of ground turkey
- Tablespoonsgarlic powder
- Tablespoonsonion powder
- Teaspoon parsley dry or fresh
- Teaspoon salt
- Teaspoon black pepper
- 6 Slices of canned pineapples
- 6 slices of smoked Gouda cheese
- Mayonnaise
- 12 Slices of bacon
- 6 plain white hamburger buns or buns of choice
- Half stick of salted melted butter
Instructions
- Combine both ground beef and ground turkey
- Knead garlic powder onion powder black pepper salt parsley into meat
- make 6 patties
- Starting with cold skillet fry bacon on medium heat both side until crispy set bacon aside DO NOT DISCARD BACON DRIPPINGS
- Place patties on the same skillet with the bacon drippings fry on both side to desired wellness of burger heat remaining at medium
- Drain patties on paper towel
- Spread melted butter on opening of all buns fry butter side down until golden brown
- Spead desired amount of mayonnaise on all bottom bun slices
- Add patty to each bun
- Add a slice of Gouda cheese to each patty
- Add 2 slices of bacon to each burger
- Top all 6 burgers wirh a slice of pineapple
- Add top bun
