Swee Home Burgers

Ingredients

1 # Ground Beef
1/2 # Ground Pork
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced
2 tbsp Grey Poupon
9 Keebler Cinnamon Graham Crackers, crushed
1/4 c Sutter Home Merlot
1 tbsp cinnamon
6 White Gardner\’s Hamburger Buns
6 tbsp Apple Butter

Instructions

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Blend chopped graham crackers, apple and mustard in blender for 1 minute. Add wine to blend for 1 minute. In a large mixing bowl combine beef and pork with blended apple mixture. Form into 6 1/4# patties. Grill patties at least 7 minutes per side over medium high heat on gas outdoor grill. During the grilling process sprinkle the burgers with the cinnamon. Serve with Gardner’s White Hamburger Buns spread with Apple Butter.
