Mexi burger with Cilantro lime mayo
Wine Varietal: Chenin Blanc
Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tomato sliced
1 avocado sliced
6 slices Queso cheese with chili peppers
1 tsp chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
juice of 1 lime
6 kaiser rolls
non stick grill spray
Instructions
1. heat grill 2. mix beef and taco seasoning 3. make 6 patties 4. grill burgers until medium well 5. melt cheese on burgers 6. while burgers are cooking mix cilantro, mayo and lime juice 7. coat kaiser rolls with cilantro lime mayo 8. place 1 pattyw/melted cheese and 1 tomato and 1 slice of avacado on roll 9. enjoy a taste explosion in your mouth!!
