Matt’s Flavor-licious Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
pinch of garlic salt
lemon-pepper
rosemary
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and form into thick burgers. Grill!
