Hamburger with oatmeal
Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir
Ingredients
1# ground round
1/2 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 white onion (chopped)
1/3 cup tomato juice
Instructions
Mis all ingredients together and shape into 4 hamburger patties. You may grill them or fry them. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato slice, pickles, onion and condiments as you like.
