blue cheese
buns
chutney
red onion
lettuce

Instructions

Grill salted and peppered burger patties, when almost finished lay a 1/2 inch slice of blue cheese on top of each patty so that it begins to melt. At the same time start toasting the buns. Assemble toasted buns with patty and cheese, then add a heaping tablespoon of chutney to each burger and then top with red onion, lettuce and tomato.
