Ingredients

Vidalia onion
kilroy garlic
salt
black pepper
Sutter Home Chardonnay
Chuck roast, ground to order(no worry about E.coli)

Instructions

Chop 1/2 medium onion and 1/2 head garlic as finely as possible and combine them in a large bowl with 1/4 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp black pepper. Slowly mix in the ground chuck so the mixture is evenly divided with the meat.

Form into patties and cook over charcoal flame.
