Instructions
For glaze,
Pre heat saucepan on medium high heat Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well bring to a simmer and reduce down fo 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat set aside
For pork patties
Combine minced garlic, sage, salt and pepper and mix well with hands. Form into 6 patties with desired thickness ( 4 inch wide 1 inch thick recommended)
Heat grill on medium high and cook 6 minutes each side or until cooked through. Toast buns with a little butter.
For fried Brie,
Coat each sliced Brie wedges with egg then into breadcrumbs shake off excess. In a skillet heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil on medium high heat and brown each side 4 minutes remove from skillet and drain oil off on paper towel.
Build burger use a pastry brush to add glaze to cooked pork patties coat well. Add pattie to to toasted bottom bun the top patties with two slices of fried Brie. Too with a little extra cherry glaze. Garnish with fresh arugula and red onions amounts desired and add top and enjoy!
