Campfire Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

• smoked sausage
• breakfast sausage
• bacon
• eggs
• bun (your choice ) i like brioche
• sambal (or siracha) mayonaise

Instructions

• smoked sausage, wrapped in breakfast sausage, and finally wrapped in bacon…..left on dying fire overnight (or a smoker) grill buns in the morning slice a 2″ patty off of log add condiments and a fried egg
