2 #'s ground beef
2 4 ounce cans mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbs. worschestire sauce
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
combine all inged. grill or fry and place on whole wheat buns with a slice of tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise or mustard and enjoy!
