Andy’s Buffalo Turkey Burger

Ingredients

1 lb ground buffalo
1 lb ground lean turkey
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 Tbl spoon horseradish
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Conbine,ingredients and from into patties 1/2 x 8 inches. Cook on charcoal or gas grill to your desired doneness.

Top with caramelized onions, swiss cheese, hot peppers, lettuce and tomato, spicy brown mustard, ketchup and low fat or non-fat mayonnaise. Serve on a whole wheat roll.
