Minted Lamb Burgers w/ Barbara = Yum

Barbara Estabrook let me in on a little sneak preview of her “Minted Lamb Burgers, Greek Style with Mediterranean Relish and Feta-Yogurt Spread”. They look and smell ab-so-lute-ly delicious.

All of these alternative burgers are such a treat, it’s really a tossup for me as to our alternative burger winner will be. Our judges sure do have some tough decision-making to handle. Lucky for me, I just get to enjoy the burgers without the tough task of judging them.
