One of the easiest resolutions that you can make is spending more time with the ones you love. This year make a pact with your friends and family to take a break from your daily routines and reconnect with each other. Turn off electronics, open a bottle of wine, and get back to the basics. 

The best way to make this resolution stick is to plan your get-togethers on a regular basis. Whether weekly or monthly, pick a day that works for everyone’s schedule and stick to it.
