better burger caper

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

1lb. black angus beef(top round steak) ground.
1/4 th. lb. sausage
2 clove garlic minced
4oz. capote capers
4oz. black olives
1tea. salt (capers are already salted)
2 teas. black pepper
2tbs. dijon mustard
4tbs. mayonnaise
4tbs. dry dressing
1 med avocado mashed
6 1/2 hamburger buns
6 slices beefsteak tomato (fresh)
6 slices walla walla onion
6 double leaf ice burg lettuce

 

Instructions

combine the first seven ingriedents in the food processer first cubing the steak in one half inch cubes. pulse untillwell mixed shape in six equal parts cook over med heat after brushing the grill with colavita olive oil.grill approx.3 1/2 min.each side for med. well done burgers. place buns in foil wrap and set on back of grill to be warming when burgers are dnoe add dressing to taste add burger to bun add lettuce add tomato add onion now enjoy the best hamburger you have ever sunk your teeth into.
