Instructions

In a large bowl mix the beef with salt, pepper, worsheshire sauce, ketchup, basil, and egg. Mix well! Next make the patties around a piece of the Swiss cheese. The cheese should be in the center of the patty and you should not be able to see it. Next wrap each patty with three pieces of bacon very tightly. Two pieces horizontally and 1 piece vertically. The bacon should cover the entire patty. You can use a metal skewer to push through and hold the bacon on the patty. Place the patties on the grill and cook on both sides for 8-10 minutes. Be cautious to watch them so the bacon does not burn. While they are cooking, in a small frying pan put 2 tbsp of olive oil. Once hot throw in the 18 slices of portabella mushrooms and cook them. Last minute pour the soy sauce over them and quickly mix around and set aside. Next flip the burgers! Mix the sauce together and set aside. When the burgers are near complete. Place the buns of your choice on the grill for a few seconds to get the grill look. Put the burgers on, 3 pieces of mushrooms on each, lettuce, tomato, onion and the barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
