Wine Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
1 Package of Guacomole mix
2 pounds of market ground beef
1/2 tbsp chipotle tabasco sauce
2 tbsp Steak seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
11/2 lemons cut in half
2 tbsp butter
6 slices of tomatos
6 slices of Red Onions
6 lettuce leaves
6 soft kaiser rolls
For the grill: prepare to med-high heat
for the spread:
Cut in both avocados in half remove pits scoop out flesh with a spoon and put into medium size bowl. Add the packaged guacamole mix to avocados and mix throughly with fork to ensure the avocados are smashed and mix well. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the mix cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, cumin, tabasco sauce, steak seasoning, and olive oil mix well and shape into 6 patties. On both sides squeeze remaining lemon over each patty and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt on both sides.
On sprayed prepared or wpie grates with vegtable oil soaked peper towel put burgers on over flames. Cook each side 6 minutes or to desired doness.
While burgers cook spread buns with 2 tbsp of butter both side to put on grill for a light toasting cut side down.
To assemble burger
Remove guacamole from refrigerator
Remove buns 1st put burgers on bottom bun to catch juices. Spread top bun with good amount (approx 2 to 21/2 tbsp) of guacamole, lift burger and put lettuce on bottom bun replace patty, top patty with onion and tomato finally put top of bun on burger .
