Zippy Green Chili Burgers

This burger may just have your taste buds doing the Mexican Hat Dance. Lighter than most conventional burgers, it still pops with flavor.

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Cup Grated Onion
1 small can diced green chilis
1/2 Cup Green salsa
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Green hot sauce
2 Tablespoons Sutter Home White Chardonnay
1 teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
3/4 Cup softened Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup softened Goat Cheese
Non Stick spray
6 Plain Hamburger Buns
1/4 Cup melted Butter
6 Canned, whole peeled green chilis

Prepare Charcoal grill to high heat. In a large bowl, combine meats, choppped chilis, salsa, worcestershire sauce, green tabasco, chardonnay, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into six patties. Combine cream cheese and goat cheese and set aside. Spray grill rack liberally with non-stick spray. Cook meat directly over hot coals with rack in lowest position for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, adjusting rack if meat appears to be cooking too quickly. Remove meat from grill, cover with foil to keep warm. Brush inside of each bread piece with melted butter. Place buttered side down on grill and cook until light grill marks appear. Remove from grill. Spread each bread piece with some of the cheese mixture. Place hamburgers in buns, topping meat with a whole peeled green chili.
