2 pounds ground chuck hamburger
3 tablespoons vegetable oil for greasing grill rack
6 slices Mozzarella Cheese
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Preheat gas grill to medium high heat. 2. While grill heating, in large mixing bowl combine green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, black olives, wine, tomato puree, garlic salt, garlic powder, basil, Italian Seasoning, and oregano, and mix well. 3. Blend in hamburger, only handling meat as much as necessary. Form into 6 patties. 4. Brush vegetable oil over grill rack to grease grill rack. 5. Place patties one inch apart on grill rack and cook 6-8 minutes on first side until browned. 6. Flip burgers with a spatula and cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until internal thermometer reads 160 degrees farenheit and burgers are thoroughly browned. 7. Place cheese slices over hamburger patties and close lid and cook an additional minute or until cheese melted. 8. While burgers continue cooking with cheese, brush Kaiser rolls with olive oil and immediately after placing cheese slices on burgers, place rolls on grill approximately 30-60 seconds or until rolls lightly browned. 9. Serve burgers on open faced rolls with 1 tablespoons Dijon Mustard dolloped on top of each burger. Makes 6 burgers.

The Zesty Garlic Pizza Sauce ingredients can easily be doubled and serve as a great condiment.
