Working Man's Mother-In-Law Special

This recipe has been a work in progress for a while now. My
Mother-In-Law is a wine enthusiast. Since we have burgers
just about every Sunday when they come to visit, once I was able to mix in some Chardonnay
into my recipe she was pleased with the outcome!

2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 Tbsp Cavenders Greek seasoning
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Regular Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
2 tsp Liquid Smoke
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Vidalia Onion Steak Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic - Minced
1/2 Medium Onion - Chopped
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (or your favorite Cheese)
1 Cup Chardonnay
Six (6) Potato Hamburger Rolls

Prepare your grill to medium heat.

Add all ingredients, except Chardonnay and meat, in large mixing bowl. Once
mixed together, work in your Ground Chuck. After mixing all ingredients,
pour 1/4 to 1/2 Cup of the Chardonnay (to your liking) into the bowl
and let sit approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

After allowing the mixture to absorb the Chardonnay, shape into 6
patties, some can be larger depending on your family's liking.

Place the patties on the rack, close cover, and cook, turning once,
until done to preference, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium.

During the grilling process, you can use the remainder Cup of
Chardonnay to pour over the burgers as they are grilling to give it a little
more pizazz and taste!

Once grilled to your liking, remove immediately, and serve on a potato
hamburger roll with the topping of your liking.

These ingredients were found just about anywhere and are very easy to
make. The cheese is not a dire ingredient so if you have someone that
cannot have cheese, it will not have that much of a difference.
