Ultimate Turkey Burger

Ingredients

2lbs ground turkey
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp diced onion
 1 tbsp diced garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worchester sauce
Dash of salt
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Blue Cheese Crumbles or Feta Crumbles
Whole Wheat Sesame Seed Buns
Beefsteak Tomatoes
California Avocados
Red Onion
Dijon Mustard

 

Instructions

1) In large, glass mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, pepper, onion, garlic and paprika. 2) Mix together by hand until well combined. 3) In small bowl, combine soy sauce, worcester sauce, salt and brown sugar. 4) Mix soy mixture with turkey mixture and combine well. 5) Mold burgers to approximately 5 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches thick. 6) Cook on grill until completely cooked thru. Use the highest rack on your grill if possible to avoid burning. 7) When almost done cooking, put Bleu Cheese or Feta crumbles on top of each burger. Allow to melt. 8)Assemble the burger to your likely, but it is best with all above ingredients on it.
