Merlot

Ingredients

1 lbGround Turkey
1 small (or 1/2 a large) Vidalia Onion
1/2 cup Sutter home Merlot
3 cloves fresh garlic
4 tbsp worchestshire sauce
dash of salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
whatever cheese you like – sliced
1/4 fresh minced green pepper
toppings like you like it….tomato, lettuce, mayo, etc…it's up to you!

Instructions

Mince the onion, green pepper, garlic. Add this to the ground turkey, Add your wine, Wor. sauce, salt and pepper. Here's the fun part, mix it up with your hands until well blended! Now, separate the mixture into four equal parts, pat them into patties with your hands, and before you throw it on the grill…put a hole the size of your thumb in the middle of the burger (this helps cook quicker…all the way through! The hole disappears by the time it's cooked!) Throw them on the grill, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Add sliced cheeze as you remove it from the heat, doctor your bun with your favorite toppings, and ENJOY! The onion, Green pepper, and fresh garlic not only add flavor, but keep your burger moist…you'll swear it's the best BEEF burger you ever had!
