The Ultimate Chili Pepper Burger

In growing age of gas grills, I love the smokey flavor of charcoal, mesquite and hickory chips. I love food filled with flavor. It is a crying shame to have to add salt once food is on the plate. As a result, I began creating and enhancing recipes. To my pleasure, my family, friends and co-workers were very pleased. I make great burgers on the grill. The Build A Better Burger contest gives me the opportunity to share my recipes with millions of people. The pepper burger was an accident. One day, I forgot to chop some onions for my burger. I had sauteed some peppers and onions for vegetables. I took a couple of spoons of the peppers out, chopped them, then added them to my burger mixture. It was love at first bite. The Ultimate Chili Pepper Burger was born.
