Ingredients

Pineapple Juice
Paradise Pineapple Teriyaki
Maui Onion
Ground Beef
Dried Pineapple
Sweetened Coconut Flakes
Onion
Cheese Kaiser Roll 
Coconut Oil-Coconut flavored 
Island Mango Sauce
Paper Thin Sliced Deli Ham
Brown Sugar 
Sweet Hawaiian Pineapple Mustard
Mayonnaise
Fresh (cored and peeled) Pineapple

 

Instructions

STEP 1. Prep time: 30 minutes Light Charcoal Grill. Cover 1/3 of the cooking area with foil. STEP 2. Prep time: 5 minutes Marinade time: 5 minutes for onions 30 minutes for burgers Mix Marinade: 1/2 c. Pineapple Juice 1 c. Paradise Pineapple Teriyaki Cut into 1/4 inch slices and place in marinade for 5 minutes: 1 Maui Onion Combine and form into 6 patties: 2 lb. Ground Beef 1/2 c. Dried Pineapple finely chopped Divide the coconut into 6 parts and sprinkle tops of patties and pat lightly: 1/2 c. Sweetened Flake Coconut Marinate patties for 30 minutes. Step 3. Prep time: 5 minutes Cut in half: 3 minutes 6 Onion Cheese Kaiser Roll Lightly brush the inside of each roll half with: 1/8 t. Coconut Oil – Coconut flavored  Set aside. Step 4. Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: Brush the other 2/3 of cooking area with Coconut Oil – Coconut flavored: Place Burgers on grill. Place Onions on grill. Step 5. Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 15 – 20 Minutes Saute in a small pan on the grill until sauce thickens and ham is crisp around the edges: 1 c. Island Mango Sauce 1/4 c. Pineapple Juice 10 oz. of paper thin sliced Deli Ham 2 T. Brown Sugar Step 6. Prep time: 3 minutes Mix in a small bowl: 2 t. Sweet Hawaiian Pineapple Mustard 1/4 c. Mayo 1 t. Pineapple juice Step 7. Prep time: 7 minutes Place 2 pineapple rings per burger on paper towel to dry: 1 Fresh cored, peeled, sliced Pineapple Step 8. Prep time: 7 minutes Place roll halves on foil coved grill until toasted. Step 9. Prep time: 5 minutes Spread Pineapple Mayo/Mustard sauce on bottom half of the Kaiser rolls. Place burgers on bottom of the rolls. Place grilled onion on the burger. Place two rings of pineapple on the onion. Spread a thin layer of Pineapple Mayo Mustard sauce on the top half of the Kaiser roll. Top with the top of the Kaiser roll. Enjoy
