The Mouth Water N' White and Red Burger


3lb. hamburger
1 cup Sutter Home White Zinfandel
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
4 teaspoons of freshly diced parsley
6 wheat buns
12 tablespoons of strawberry cream cheese spread
6 small strawberries (sliced into 16 pieces)
3 teaspoons of granulated sugar


In a large bowl combine 3lb. hamburger and 1 cup Sutter Home White Zinfandel,1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer, and 4 teaspoons of freshly diced parsley, mix throughly and make into (6) 1/2 lb. patties, cut strawberries into 16 slices and put into a small bowl and mix with the 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar, put patties onto a preheated 160 degree grill. When patties get close to 160 degrees put buns onto grill until toasted, when inside temp. of hamburgers reach 160 degrees place on toasted buns and spread the cream cheese spread onto the toasted buns evenly (about 2 tablespoons on each bun) and then place sliced strawberries onto creamcheese spread (about 3 strawberries each bun). makes 6 hambugers.
