The Mambo Burger

I love the tastes of the Carribean. The rich flavor of sofrito a wonderful blend of peppers, cilantro, onions and garlic gives this burger an earthy Latin flavor. To cool the heat of the jalapeno I added currants for a little sweetness. Finishing off the burger by topping it with ham, swiss cheese, mustard and dill pickles now The "Mambo" burger resembles a Cuban sandwich only better.
