The Health Nut

Ingredients 

2 1/2 lbs. fresh ground turkey (white meat)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (chopped)
1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
3 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. fresh chives (chopped)
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 tsp. honey
6 soft, plain broiche rolls

Instructions 

Mix 1st eight ingredients together until well incorporated, reserving 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard for topping. Hand-form six patties. Mix honey and dijon in small bowl, set aside. Pre-heat grill on high for ten minutes. Cook patties on top rack, with high heat for approximately 10 minutes per side. Serve on brioche roll, brushed with dijon/honey topping.
