Ingredients:

Patties
2 1/4 pounds fresh ground chuck, 75/25
1/2 cup Sutter Home Merlot wine
1 cup Napa Valley Bistro Mediterranean Antipasto, finely chopped
6 ounces Treasure Cave Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt or to your personal taste
2 teaspoons pepper or to your personal taste
Colavita Olive Oil for preparing the grill.

Toppings
1 1/2 cups Romaine lettuce hearts cut in bite size pieces
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
3 ounces Treasure Cave Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2cup Newman’s Own Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

12 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 Focaccia rolls cut burger style
6 ounces Wild Garden Traditional Hummus Dip or any other quality prepared Hummus Dip

Instructions:

Preheat a prepared lidded gas grill to medium high heat.

Add the beef, wine, Antipasto, Feta cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and gently blend together. Form 6 patties slightly larger than the rolls. Place on the grill to cook 5-7 minutes on each side or to your personal doneness. Keep the lid closed as much as possible.

Blend the butter, oregano, garlic powder, and spread on insides of the rolls. With 2-3 minutes left on the burgers add the rolls to the grill to toast a light golden brown.

In a large bowl place the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, vinaigrette dressing, and toss.

Spread the Hummus dip on the insides of the rolls.

Place a grilled burger on the roll bottoms, add the Greek salad, and crown with the roll top. Serve immediately.
