This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Living in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Geauga County, we are spoiled with Framers Markets on every cornner. Why the Go Green Burger is such a great local burger is because I combine all the freshness the Mid-West Framers have to offer in a delicous earthy Burger!

1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:

Combine vegetables in bowl and add in the EVOO, salt, and fresh pepper, mix throughly so that all ingredients are coated with oil, salt, and pepper. Place vegetables into a large cast iron skillet which will go into a pre-heated 500 degree grill. Leave vegetables uncovered and roast for 30- 45 minutes. Goal is to get good carmalized vegetables. The total volume will reduce by about 50%.

Combine 2.5 pounds of 80/20 ground beef with 1 egg, 1 cup panko bread crumbs, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Next take the vegetables from the cast iron skillet on the grill and combine into the fresh gound beef. (you can let the vegetable cool for 5-10 minutes)

Once you have the roasted vegetables mixed throughout the beef. Combine into 6 large patties.

Place patties on the grill at 500 degrees. Cook for 6 minutes then flip over and cook for additional 4 minutes.
Place havarti cheese on top of patties at end of cooking time. Also place buttered potato rolls on grill to get nicely toasted rolls.

Remove toasted rolls from gill. Place one slice of Tomato on the bottom roll then place one slice of lettuce on tomato. Next place hambuger patty on lettuce. Shake the EVOO Balsamic vinegar dressing and pour 1-2 tabelspoons over the buger patty. Place the top bun on top and ENJOY!!!!
