THIS SURF AND TURF BURGER WAS DISCOVERED BY ACCIDENT WHEN OUR FAMILY COULD'NT AGREE ON WHATS FOR SUPPER!

Ingredients 

THE FOLLOWING IS NEEDED FOR ONE BURGER
1) QUARTER POUND OF 80& LEAN BEEF
2) 4 MEDIUM SIZE SHRIMP
(THE 21-25 PER PPOUND ONES)
3)1 TABLESPOON LEMON ZEST
4)2 TABLESPOONS SUTTERHOME MERLOT
5) ONE POTATO ROLL NO SEEDS
6) ONE TABLESPOON COCKTAIL SAUCE WITH HORSERADISH

Instructions 

1) PLACE MEAT IN BOWL AND MAKE A WELL IN CENTER 2) DICE UP SHRIMP AND PLACE IN BOWL 3)ADD LEMON ZEST 4)ADD SUTTER HOME MERLOT BLEND WELL WITH HANDS FORM INTO A BALL AND THEN FLATTEN GRILL ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT ON YOUR GAS GRILL UNTILL DONE TO YOUR DESIRED WELLNESS, PLACE ON POTATO BUN, ADD COCTAIL SAUCE AND ENJOY
