Instructions

Prepare a gas grill to a medium high heat.

In a large bowl gently blend together the ground Chuck, with the wine, taco seasoning, and peppers. Gently form 6 patties slightly larger than the rolls. Spread the vegetable oil on the patties or grill. Place the patties on the grill for 4-5 minutes, make a quarter turn, grill another 4-5 minutes, and flip the patties. Repeat this grilling process, or to your preferred doneness. After the last quarter turn add a 1/4 cup of the Queso cheese sauce to the center of each patty. Keep the grill lid closed as much as possible.

While the burgers are grilling spread the butter on the rolls. Blend together the refried beans, taco sauce, sour cream, and crushed corn chips for the roll spread.
