The Buffalo Bill

Ingredients 

2 1/2 lbs. fresh ground sirloin
2 Tbsp. fresh chives (chopped)
1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
1/4 cup wing sauce
1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. Colavita olive oil
6 onion rolls
6 tomato slices
6 romaine lettuce leaves (washed)

Instructions 

Mix 1st. nine ingredients together until well incorporated. Hand form six patties. Pre-heat gas grill on high for 10 minutes. Cook patties on top rack, with high heat, for approximately 8 minutes per side. Serve on onion roll, with Wing Sauce brushed on one side, blue cheese dressing on the other, top burger with tomato slice and lettuce leaf.
