The Big Easy Burger


1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground Andouille sausage
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Sutter Home Merlot
1/4 cup pretzels, crushed
1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
1 tsp. Old Boy Seasoning
6 large lettuce leaves
6 slices tomato
6 hamburger buns

Spray vegetable spray on grill and turn the gas grill on to medium heat. In a large bowl mix ground chuck, Andouille sausage, garlic, onions, green pepper, salt, pepper, Marlot, and pretzels. Divide meat into 6 patties. Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side. Mix Miracle Whip with Old Bay seasoning, and spread on inside of the hamburger buns. Place lettuce leaf and tomato slice on each bun. Top with hamburger patty and serve.
