THE BIG, BIG A BURGER

My name is Roger. I work at my fathers restaurant in the small town of Richlands,N.C. We spend quite a bit of our time there, so we have to create our own recipe for a little change. I made these for the staff one night and we've been eating them since. Thank you for the opportunity to share this recipe with others.

Ingredients 

2lb.ground beef
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs 2
tbl.spn. salt
2tbl.spn. pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup Steak Sauce
1/3 cup red wine (Sutter Home)

Instructions 

1. Mix ground beef,flour,eggs,salt,& pepper in large bowl. Mix well. Add bread crumbs, steak sauce, and red wine. If to loose add 1/3 cup more braed crumbs. Roll into 12 burgers. Keep cool in fridge until ready to grill. Grill to perferred temp. Sit Back, Relax and Enjoy.
