This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef
1 egg
2 tsp Parmesean shake cheese
2 tbsp honey Barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Steak Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Dash salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp bread crumbs
1/2 large onion minced
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

Instructions

1. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray while still off. 2. Preheat grill on medium-high. 3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. 4. Smash together throughly with properly washed hands. 5. Using mixed ingredients, make balls approximately 3 inches in diameter. 6. Smash balls in hands to make a patty approximately 1 inch thick. 7. Cook all patties on grill for 5 minutes and then flip patties to other side. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes. 8. Cook to taste (ie. Rare, medium, or well done). 9. After removing from grill, place on hamburger bun and serve with desired condiments. Suggested are: "lettuce, tomato, catsup, and french fried potato, big kosher pickle, and a cold draft beer".
